The floral arrangement I received was absolutely stunning. However, we were quite disappointed with the delivery. My husband had arranged a delivery, for me to receive while he was at work. He got home that afternoon and realized I had not received the delivery. He called and was told that there was no answer at the door, so they left them outside our front door. Which to begin with isn't a great place to leave a beautiful floral arrangement that could have been damaged or knocked over if it had been there long enough. The delivery was supposed to be for the time I was home, I was home all day besides the 10 minutes it takes me to pickup my kids from school. So I am not sure if it just happened to unfortunately fall in that small window of time or if I did not hear the door. But my husband wanted this to be a surprise, and that surprise was ruined. I feel like in that situation when the door wasn't answered that the customer should have been called to see what could be done to deliver properly. Additionally, I don't enter my home from the front door, so I would have not seen them. I still enjoyed the beautiful flowers, but just very disappointed about the delivery.

I ordered a floral design to be delivered to my Moms work for Valentines Day. I was a little nervous because the only option available was the designers choice arrangement (due to the high volume of ordersI was last minute ordering!) which didnt allow me to know what the bouquet would look like. But, they arrived promptly a few hours after my order was placed and turned out beautiful! My mom loved them!
