Zero stars are not an option or thats what I would give. Since I received Zero flowers. My friend out of state ordered Easter flowers on Thursday, to be delivered on Friday(Good Friday). She paid extra for next day delivery. Its 3pm on Easter Sunday & still no delivery. I called yesterday, no answer. Have also left messages, no response. PLEASE REFUND MY FRIEND! EXTREMELY horrible customer service..... actually there is no customer service. Find a different business that doesn't require items to be delivered on time or require customer service. The floral business is not for you.

I wish 0 stars was an option.. Paid over 100 Dollars for flowers.. No delivery, Getting someone on the phone is like going to the dentist getting wisdom teeth removed and they forgot to knock you out.. Painful.. I just want my money back but cant get ahold of anyone.. They steal your money.. Guess I will have to go up there physically and get my money back. If they grow their flowers like they do their business everything will be dead.

Today was my Mothers 90 birthday,i ordered flowers for her on Jan 31st to be delivered on the her birthday.Feb 1. NO delivery was made to her . When ordering i made it clear if there were any problems with delivery to contact me .No contact was made .Extremely poor business, Your owners and employees should be ashamed !

There is no Carriage House Florist at the address that shows on Google or on their website. The owner moved and has not updated the address.

I ordered sympathy flowers for a close friend of mine, and the same-day service was phenomenal! Not only was it fast, but the arrangement came out stunning. I highly recommend the Designers Choice option. I love that there is a local flower shop near my house!
