Absolutely amazing bank! I annoy the heck out of them with all my needs but they are always so extremely helpful and do it with a smile...highly recommend!!

I went into this awful place this morning in Soddy Daisy looking for loan options in the way of home refinance. I walk in and was greeted by the lady at the desk. No good morning, how are you... Nothing. She said, Sit down over there, and someone will be with you in a moment. The girl in office over calls me in... Same thing basically. I told her my situation and what I was needing, and she proceeds to pull up a finance caculator that you do on a freaking Google search. As she's rolling her lazy eyes around to me, she says... Well, the best we could do on that, would be such and such. Which is double what I got quoted from TVA... Whom spent over an hour helping me the day before, and were very helpful. Anyways, she just sat there watching me nonchalantly, without a care in the world, waiting for my response. I sat there in disbelief for a moment and left! You see, this is who they really are. They showed it. And that matters for when that day comes when you'll need them! I go over to Scenic Community and get some real service!
