        Go to the First Horizon page and this is what you see first. "We're dedicated to helping you find solutions that put you in charge of every aspect of your financial life." This is a lie. I imagine there are some nice people who work here but Sandy is not one of them. She will not answer nor return calls. Be warned if you use Zelle often this bank has a non-negotiable $500 weekly limit. I had $26,000 in their bank, use Zelle daily and Sandy never answered my numerous requests to expand this limit. There are too many good banks to choose from where a customer might actually be respected. This branch is not that bank.
