Sarah's Clean Team

Sarah was super easy to schedule with and communicative. Got a deep clean and came home to a scrubbed apartment for a good price. Will be using this service again!

I used Sarahs clean team for over a year for twice a month services. We have used them for deep cleans and the bi-weekly service. The cleanings were fine. There was some issues but nothing major- just not super mind blowing. We liked all of our cleaners and grew to care for them, but they would never last for more than a few months. That should have been my first sign. I had previously left a 5 star review but have since decided to edit: we have gone through 4-5 new cleaners in this years time. No explanation but it appears nearly all of them have been fired- look I get its a high turnover role but the rotation was wild. Never gave insight into why, just new cleaner that now has access to our entire home, door codes, etc. We had professed we really liked a cleaner we had, and then immediately put a new cleaner for us. At one point they asked me to sign a document saying if I used a cleaner from Sarahs without Sarah getting her cut, theres be a $3500 recruiting fee. I didnt sign it because I thought it was absolutely insane. Between the mediocre cleanings and rotating people in your house, we decided we wanted a more personal experience than we were getting. I explained why we left, and in response, Sarah threatened legal action against an employee if I used her again. Just absolutely insane to threaten others livelihoods. I understand you have to run a business, but to threaten employees making roughly $20 an hour with legal action after you fired them is just not right. I will not be using them anymore.

Sarahs cleaning team is exceptionally talented, so respectful, and thorough. In a very personal and emotional journey of our lives with our father coming home to Hospice same day , Mariah and Jadin couldnt have been more accommodating while working around all the set up of medical equipment. Heather and Lola did a fantastic job with my deep clean. It took longer than originally scheduled, but I had expected that as it was a much bigger job than the square footage suggests. Service: Deep clean

We chose them to do deep cleaning of my house before putting the house on the market because of the good reviews on google. They did not clean many things they claim they did such as window frames and the light switches. They dusted the fan, leaving a film of dust on my tv stand and changing table. When Sarah called me and asked me how satisfied I was, I brought up a few things I observed, instead of offering returning to make things right she said it is because they were not familiar with my house. She told me her team will do better with future cleaning services. They did leave me a note on my kitchen counter saying I will get a gift card if I leave a good review. I had to clean the house again by myself. To respond to the owners response of me not being a customer, I used your service on 9/1/2022. Life is busy, I just now have time to come and say how I felt using your service. Apparently my review got removed. Now I am trying to post it again.
