Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Nashville Smyrna

Exceptional. I did the reservation online the same day. They had Plenty of rooms at the last minute. We had to asked for a different room after we were put by the elevator & we were accommodated with no problem. Staff was friendly & the desk clerk was very polite. Nearby activities: Nashville 40min away

The hot tub was out of service but the room was nice and comfy.

Our room was large and very clean if a little worn. Bed was comfortable. Internet was very slow. Location is central but very industrial.

Could have been a good experience but the hair conditioner was empty (not low, empty) and for those of us who need conditioner, this is a big deal :-(

I think it's a bad idea To not supply privacy shears with another hotel so close. To expect guests to put on trash can liners. To not keep shower essentials filled and then offer a too-little-to-late cheaper alternative. Add to this a bare number of towels, so retaking a shower is a pain.
