Hilton Garden Inn Nashville/Smyrna

Friendly employees, rooms are nice but it's expensive and you have to PAY for their breakfast. Not worth the money to stay there.

From an overall stand point its a good hotel. However maintenance is severely lacking. I have been a FD manager at another brand for 6 years . Theres just somethings I notice before the average joe. We were in 207 the phone as pictured is completely broke and not working. (See picture ) We discovered this when the fire alarm went off and we couldnt call the desk. Dirty filters , hole in blinds, dirty floor (all need deep cleaning aka maintenance). That pool lift is completely rusted and I honestly dont know how the Hilton brand allows that. The breakfast was great, overall room was clean aside from the issues. No bed bugs or any critters. Aside from the maintenance issues I would rate this hotel 7/10.

After a long day and arriving later in the evening, someone decided it would be funny to pull the fire alarm around midnight. Other than that, the hotel was very clean, and workers were very nice.

Very nice rooms. Clean and quiet. All staff was great. Marcia was so awesome and attentive when I was eating the hotel Breakfast, which by the way was delicious. She made my morning, and meal very enjoyable. I appreciated her attention to detail and making sure I had absolutely everything I needed. It is hard to find individuals who display such care in their work place nowdays as Marcia did! Thank you so much. David, the evening bartender was also very nice and attentive. I have to mention that front desk staff and all housekeeping was very pleasant. I will be returning here upon my return to the area! Thank you

Food & drinks: The restaurant was not open for dinner. The breakfast service was overall a bit odd. There was no coffee, and the food isnt self-serve, which is fine but the portion is kid sized (a very small child with no appetite).
