        The worst experience ever at a hotel. DO NOT BOOK A STAY THIS LOCATION!!!!! They do unauthorized card charges. The customer service is TERRIBLE. The front desk person wont let you speak to a manager.

        Hello Everyone, The breakfast staff has awesome work ethic and have exceptional social skills. The room cleaning team led by Anna is very good. The only downfall is with the owner, Sam, and he clearly lacks social skills. He does work a lot of hours. He was curt with customers of all types. He will price gouge for profits at any time. If you choose this hotel please utilize Priceline and get a substantial discount. Steven MBA University of Texas. Rooms: Very good value via Priceline.
