Bank is horrible! Bank app sucks, they dont tell you that their maintenance time is between 4pm and 9pm and when you call and talk to them about it, they claim it shouldnt be any longer then 15 minutes. Meanwhile I had to stop a service call because my funds were NOT accessible! This has been going on for months. They do not care, but love to have your money. At the time of maintenance you can not do anything, no atm withdrawals or card charges. Ill NEVER use this bank again! I made sure to close it out as quickly as possible. No other bank has these problems whatsoever, none of em!
