Zero stars wasn't an option . I had them deposit money from another Daniel Waggoner in Tullahoma into my account. When I called repeatedly ... only to be told someone could have deposited it .. but the funds were mine two weeks later they asked me to take a loan to cover their mistake. When I closed my account I owed them 110 dollars and they flagged my credit report for 400 and said I was over 30 days late ! I highly suggest you go somewhere else to bank. I recommend heritage south community credit union they have been tremendous for the past year and even helped me consolidate and save and expand my business.
