        Bank manager is rude and unhelpful. I've never had such problems at any other branch so avoid if possible.

        This is the worst bank in Sevierville area. Please take your business elsewhere, their employees are miserable, or at least they act as if. Their policies are horrible, their rates are stupidly high. They have a overdraft policy that is probably not FDIC insured. They rip people off, and by the actions of their employees, they probably rip them off too. If TN State where the only bank left I would probably never bank again.

        Wow!!! Opened this account many years ago for my disabled son who can't read or write due to the fact he has to have an account for his disability money to go to. He has automatic debit on all his personal bills and I've always deposited his checks with no problems for so many years. Two new girls just refused to deposit his loan check!!!! Telling me since my name was also on the account that the loan office would have to put it in my name????? After all these years I've never had a problem up till now!!! Looks like I will be calling social security and getting my son a card and closing down this account!!!! If something was to happen to me my disabled son would not be able to use this account!!!!! I guess closing it down and just getting him a card for his social security money to go on would be our best option!
