I cant even get them to answer the phone in Ooltewah, I accidentally left some important papers in the lobby when Nicole came and got me. All I wanted to know is if they were found and put up, no one has answered the phone all day. Very poor customer service

My service was pretty fast, and everything was good with the service, but I'd like to say that I'm glad Regions is NOT like Bank of America in regards to being political. Bank of America celebrates wokeness and gives to Black Lives Matter. Isn't it time politics didn't rule every sector of society? I like the apolitical nature of Regions so far, but if they become politically active, I will switch banks!

This bank especially this branch is a joke. Zach is the worst excuse of a manager!! He is nothing but rude, and disrespectful. I dont know how a company could let someone like him work for them.
