DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Oak Ridge - Knoxville

Brought a group down to stay for the week while they trained at the Lake. Front desk staff was incredible. Friendly and attentive. I only had the breakfast buffet but it was delicious. Resturants staff also incredibly nice. Would definitely stay again.

We have nothing but good things to say about the Oak Ridge Doubletree location. Service was great, everything was super clean, very quiet, and food was delicious! If anyone is in the area, I highly recommend this hotel!

Attended the Memorial of Christ death to show appreciation for his sacrifice for mankind. Many in attendance. The Ballroom was very nice. Really enjoyed visiting with others in attendance.

Perhaps a single check-in experience would be smooth, but if youre traveling as a group, then pray Corey isnt at the desk. We checked in as a group and Corey seemed too overwhelmed and unable to check us all in, in a timely fashion. I watched Corey check a guest into a room, only for that same guest to return minutes later saying there was someone else already in that room! Once checked into my room I wondered, as I was laying in bed, if a stranger would be coming through my door! Another guest checked into a room to find that the door to her room was already open! As a female, this was quite alarming! However, she felt uncomfortable returning to the front desk and having to interact with Corey to secure another room. Another guest in the group checked in to find that their rooms placard number was missing from the wall. Overall, the experience of checking into the Double Tree by Hilton was quite stressful and the staff, namely Corey, was observed arguing with guests. Should I pass through Oak Ridge again, Im willing to spend the night at another hotel.
