Although the lady who answers the phone is nice my son still does not have his car back. They do not communicate and we live an hour away. Said it would be done Friday and nothing. Then Monday and nothing. Then Tuesday was told by end of day. Then end of day came and they broke a part and had to fix it. Called Thursday still hadn't worked on it even though they broke it. Friday and now nothing. Now we have to wait pray and cross fingers that it's done Monday. This is a huge inconvenience but they were quick to take the money. I think because my son is 18 they are piddling him around because he is quiet and won't say much but this is not just inconvenienceimg him it is myself and his father as well cuz now we all work and have to share cars. And we work different times and different places. Not a very happy customer. They have had his car almost 3weeks now. And I bet they will offer no apology or discount for the fact that they broke the past after fixing the initial problem. We should have had our car back a week ago.
Update
Still no car called in Monday and they said it should be ready by that afternoon. Here it is Thursday and not a peep from them. Losing my patience with this!
