I went to Service Pro just to get my oil changed and the guy refused to change my oil because he said my oil pan had dents in it! So after 20 minutes of talking to him he took a pic to show me and I actually asked him to take pics of my oil pan with my phone. I asked him why he wouldnt drop the oil and he claimed the drain pan plug screw was bent out of shape he was not going to be liable if he couldnt put it back in because of bad threads. Well I took my car to Jiffy Lube in Clinton and the guys were fun, pleasant to talk to and changed my oil professionally and never mentioned ANYTHING about the oil pan drain screw!!! They did point out I had a couple of dents but were just being nice. No issues. The guy at Service Pro just pointed out every single little thing wrong with my car and was negative and unpleasant. They are never getting my business again! The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because they did point a couple of things out to me that could be beneficial for me to know. But I just wanted my oil changed!!
