        From start to finish of the process of renting an apartment was smooth. Cathy the property Manager, gave me the tour and then answered any questions i had to complete the application to get approved and moved in. Chris and Amy the Maintenance team had everything ready for my arrival! Very friendly and easy to work with team all around!

        The local management team for this property makes it the best value in town. No need for any frills. Cathy is extremely responsive and reassuring, Chris goes above & beyond the call of duty and doesnt stop until the job is done, and Amy keeps the whole place clean.

        POTENTIAL RENTERS There is a nonrefundable $250 application fee. They are STRICT about you making 70% more than the monthly rent in income. They will be rude to you on the phone. This information should be transparent and right at the top of the application before you fill anything out for this kind of application fee.

Our team wishes to apologize if you found their service anything but polite and professional. We aim to ensure every potential resident understands the non-refundable nature of the fees associated with applying to our community. These fees and practices are within the standards of our industry and comparable to other communities in our area. During the application process, all applicants must acknowledge the non-refundable nature of the fees prior to being able to finalize the online application. The qualifications for residency include providing proof of income. When an applicant's income is unverifiable in the necessary amount, we cannot offer an apartment.
