        This place is THE BEST place to live. The community manager Haley, and the marketing rep Sarah are the best office staff I have ever dealt with! Beautiful spacious and modern townhomes with an absolutely gorgeous view of the sunsets. Never once had an issue living here. If you are looking to move. They were very accommodating to us even let us have a plug for our electric vehicles professionally installed when most other places would have made you fill out a reasonable accommodation form! The only reason I am moving is because my company is giving me discounted housing or else Id definitely had renewed!

        I recently moved to The Summit Townhomes and I'm so thankful I did! Absolutely perfect location with a lovely view of the mountains and nearly everything a person could need within 1-5 miles. Great sense of community, perfect for pets with fenced in backyards, lovely friendly people, good place for kiddos, and the staff is amazing! They regularly organize community events, are super helpful and responsive, understanding, and really take hospitality to a new level. Sarah in the leasing office went above and beyond to ensure my moving in experience was easy and stress free. So excited and grateful to be a part of this community!
