NuPower Yoga+Barre

I am eternally grateful that when I first moved to Nashville two years ago it was across the street from NuPower. Ive since attended almost 200 classes and am doing my yoga teacher training there as we speak. It is a community of interesting, kind, thoughtful, and inspirational humans. Every teacher brings their own style but with a shared commitment to quality and inclusivity. I love this studio. Teachers are very knowledgeable and friendly. I also like the variety of the classes they offer. They have barre, TRX and of course Yoga classes youll never get bored. Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a great way to relax their mind, gain physical strength and confidence!

Nupower has been a home away from home in Nashville! The classes are great and always changing, the community is so friendly, and the studio is so accommodating always. I have only had great experiences at Nupower and have gone for over a year now. I am so thankful to have found Nupower and the diverse class option make it a great option for all. :)
