Dont answer the phone, no answering machine , listed as open 6 days a week, but they havent been there in months. Not like I needed help with taxes they screwed up in the first place and now Ive got IRS letters to deal with. Found a much better place

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I usually do my own taxes but decided to go with Titan Tax specifically because I needed the advance. We went over the numbers and everything looked good. Prior to signing I confirmed MULTIPLE TIMES that the advance amount of $3000 was guaranteed based on my return. (I was charged $732.) 72 business hours I received only $500 of the advance. When I called, they told me that the $3000 was not guaranteed, even though I was told otherwise. So I paid over $700 just to get $500. It was too late to reverse or do any type of return. I was better off doing my own taxes on Turbo Taxwho also does advances, but they are CLEAR that the amount is not guaranteed at 1st hand. Titan Tax gave me false information. I feel like SCAMMED!
