I made an appointment mid- March for tax prep with Bruce Hicks. He has done my tax prep for at least 12 years. He has the capability to prepare fair returns to report accurately to the IRS. I will continue using his services so as not to have red flags waving for substandard filing. I had this happen to me when HR Block did my filing for me. The man did not know what he was doing and cost me filing on time. He also refused to handle his error and told me he was not going to go to IRS office and waste his time for this. I paid this man in full. He was obligated to go and correct his own error, but I had to go and wait over an hour on the other side of town to get this taken care of. Bruce is fair and reasonable. Never had a red flag because he lied to me and said that I had filled out the wrong form. You will not go wrong with Bruce Hicks tax prep.
