Impeccable design by Jason L from the beginning. A difficult build, with many obstacles, but in the end A&S went over and above. Ms. Renee was an amazing team member by helping to communicate & follow up the best she could to organize the crews/subs involved or sometimes having to resolve issues yes things happen, but A&S always kept their word & did the right thing to persistently fix any issues. HUGE shout out to Hunter L! He was honest, transparent, had a positive attitude and very knowledgeable & thorough for his age. Hunter was a BIG help in completing our project and getting us up & running. We couldnt be more happy and thankful with the final result. Tim, Daniel and the A&S crew, thank you. Literal nightmare experience so far and were not even close to being done. Its been 5 months and theres no end in sight. They do not have subcontractors to complete the work and also use weather delays to their advantage. Cannot recommend against this company enough. The only positive I can speak to is our project manager, Seth.

We signed a contract a year ago and were told it would be a 6-8 month process. We have had a giant concrete shell for months with almost no forward progress. We were pitched a really cool design idea at the beginning of the process, only to find that a key element depended on a subcontractor that is no longer anywhere to be found (after we're too far in to modify the design) so we are left acting as our own contractors and project managers trying to find someone who can complete the design. The continuity of communication through the process is poor so we have to keep re-educting the company about the plan that they came up with in the beginning. Some of the subs have done more harm than good, resulting in the last month being lost while errors were fixed (some have yet to be addressed). Our original project manager left and we didn't have one at all for quite some time, and our current project manager tells us that we aren't in the worst shape of all of their customers, which I guess means we aren't a priority. We have now paid them a fortune to destroy our yard and are seeing no progress. Service: Inground pool installation

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 13 months from contract signing and still not complete. We signed our contract in March of 2022 with the anticipated completion date of November 2022.... we are still waiting on the finished pool. There has been unexplained delay after delay throughout this process. We have had multiple project managers, none of which seem to communicate with the rest of the team. We involved the General Manager, Daniel thinking that would get a resolution and all that got us was one more person making excuses for missed deadlines and incorrect work. It is at the point where they now have all of the money owed and we are lucky to get a response to our questions of the completion date. The response is always, we are waiting to hear back from someone else. We know the normal process and delays in pool construction as we built a similar pool in a previous home...... this is by far a completely different and negative experience. Here are just a few of the highlights..... 1. Pool dig was supposed to happen in June 2022 and didn't happen until November of 2022. We still have not gotten an answer as to why there was that delay. We do know that it was not a permit issue. The best we can tell, it was a bad communication issue and we slipped thru the cracks. 2. The final pool design plan was not the one used during construction. They were working off of a plan that we had changed. We were the ones who noticed the differences and alerted our project manager. 3. We chose a concrete design and color well in advance and were left having to make changes the day before our decking pour because they couldn't get the color we wanted with the design cut in the concrete. In order to get the color we want, we will have to have another company come and do Cool Decking at the cost of $8,000. 4. Their sub contractors do not show up at the scheduled times/dates. This has pushed many of the projects to be completed weeks past the schedule. 5. We have been waiting for over a month past our scheduled time to have the tile for our auto cover installed. Once again, we are told everyday that they are missing materials or waiting on someone else. 6. The mastic team took forever to complete the job. They kept running out of mastic. We have had the blue tape around the mastic for weeks. It is completely uneven. Still have no idea when that will be fixed. Services: Inground pool installation, Custom Swimming pool design
