Ace Pool and Spa

We used this company a year ago and were very happy with their service. Im wondering if they are still open, though? We have not been able to reschedule an appointment since then. Not able to get anyone through email or by phone Is the company closed?

What an amazing pool/spa service! My pool has never looked better. I asked them so many questions about our spa and Alex was so helpful taking the time to answer and explain everything. Madison helped me schedule the service and was so kind in making sure I knew exactly what I needed and was very transparent in their pricing. Highly recommend! Services: Filter cleaning, Wall brushing, Vacuuming, Water treatment

I will give this company 0 stars if I could. They were supposed to come do routine maintenance on our pool. After coming about 4 times they told us they didn't service Mount Juliet. Every time out of those 4 times they left the pool dirty. There was debris all over the bottom of the pool. The last time they came out we woke up the next morning and noticed that the water level was extremely low on our pool. We walked over to the side of the houseAnd noticed that the pump was broken like someone had stepped on it and caused and caused it to leak. They schedule someone to come back on a Friday at 12, So I waited around and at 12:10 I called and asked what the ETA was, They said they needed to reschedule the time from 3 to 6. We get a text message from them at 6:10 saying that they can't come until 7 o'clock the next morning. The guy finally shows up at 8 o'clock That morning. We show him the issue where the pump is leaking and he says that he can fix it with no problem. They were supposed to fix the pump and do a cleaning onOur pool.The guy does absolutely nothing gets in his Van and just left. We call them repeatedly And they are refusing to answer our calls or text. Don't waste your time or money with this terrible company! Services: Vacuuming, Water treatment

I recommend Ace to my father whose had a very old liner since he bought his home. They were very professional, direct, and courteous to any questions and requests we had. We are very excited about the new look to the pool and great service from the team!
