This place was great for check-in ... except it wasn't. They claim to be open 24/7 but when my son went there at 10pm to put his college stuff into his pre-paid storage space, he wasn't able to get in. The code they gave us didn't work. He called the "emergency" number but they did absolutely nothing - just said he needed to go back when someone was there. My son had two exams the following day and ended up moving his stuff FOREVER and ended up checking into his hotel at 4 a.m.! NOT being able to get in made the entire process horrific for us. But everything went fine the next day - they said the system was "glitching" - and I would have waited a couple of months to leave feedback except that I've gotten countless emails begging me to write a review. So. Here it is.
