Zach was an absolute life saver during my apartment search! I was looking for a place in Nashville from a few states away and he made the process so easy. He put in so much time and effort helping me look through different options and even toured multiple apartments with me on FaceTime! The places he picked out for me I didnt even know existed and the apartment I live in now is my favorite place Ive ever lived! I never wouldve found my perfect apartment without his help. I cant say good enough things!!

I was supposed to be starting at the Blackbird academy a week from Monday. I talked to Annisha on the 13th on the phone and through text last Wednesday. Havent heard from her since. She said No. I will end up calling you back and we will book a virtual appt, and then I can go get videos for you so you can see the place and do FaceTime tours I have not heard from her since then it has completely screwed me with finding a place to stay. I have called her and left voicemail and she will not return my calls or texts messages. I would definitely not use this company because you will have to chase them down to make sure they are going their jobs! Then I heard shes one of the favorites there and saying something to the boss about her wouldnt do anything because shes one of the favorites. Annisha and apartment insiders in Nashville is absolutely worthless. I have also let the Blackbird academy know that this is not a reputable company to help with housing their students

Pringle provided our college students the very best in apartment guiding service! She responded immediately and met with us fully prepared with choices that met the students needs in conjunction with parents concerns. Incredible. Easiest thing Ive ever done. I just moved to the Nashville area and the thought of finding an apartment was overwhelming. A friend had referred me to Pringle because she had helped them find the perfect apartment. She is incredible!! She catered to EVERYTHING I asked for and was so intentional about what would be the best fit. We sat together to look at places in depth & then narrowed down to a few choices that we went to see in person. We did this all in the same day. I cannot rave enough about the experience & about Pringle! Definitely highly recommend :)
