        I never received my order. The delivery driver called because he was having trouble getting into my apartment gate. My boyfriend drove to meet him at the gate but he was gone. He tried calling the delivery driver again to ask him where he delivered our order because it definitely wasnt at our door. The driver basically said sorry I have other orders and hung up. I tried called Papa Johns but they never answered the phone. I spent over $60 for food that I never received.

        this papa johns has a very bad habit of pushing an order all the way through the steps online where it shows as "on its way" yet your order will sit there for an hour or more before it's actually really on the way. at the point it shows up it's usually only mildly warm or sometimes even cold. What's worse is I live literally less than a minute drive away so for the pizza to show up cold is absolutely ridiculous.
