I went in and spent $140 for a birthday party in decorations. Online it shows a birthday bundle for $39.99. The bundle says available online AND at Nashville West store which is where I went. I wasnt greeted upon walking in (only guest in store) I found an associate which really wasnt happy to be there much less help me where the bundle was. He said yeah its right back here and points me to the party decorations. I shopped for everything shown in bundle. I checked out with all the first total came to $44 and some change. I said this is supposed to be $39.99. They called manager Courtney over which also wasnt very happy. I showed her the bundle price she is like thats only online. I am like mam it says available in store at Nashville west. She is like oh thats only if you order it online. I was like okay I will order and pay online then I get the snotty remark well you wont get it until tomorrow. This guest service is one of the reasons why stores like yours is closing nation wide. I wont be back!!!

I had ordered balloons to and noticed they hadnt arrived in the time frame I was given. After calling and figuring out they were marked as delivered but I had not received them I was a little worried but the staff was absolutely amazing and so sweet and had more sent my way within the hour of calling. Great service and every staff member I spoke with was very kind. The balloons were wrapped and tied beautifully as well

Turning away paying customers because theyre on a two hour wait to fill up balloons. The people theyre filling balloons up for wont even be there for another two hours so why are you turning away people who are trying to pay right now for balloons? And on top of that, the woman at the balloon counter was nothing short of rude.
