        Worst customer service ever! Just do yourself a favor and head to Walmart or Amazon. I went in Friday to get all the things for my daughters birthday party the guy at check out was rude but I didnt think anything of it. When he went to get the receipt he was ripping it out of the machine and cut the barcode off. I went in today to return some items we didnt use and the two people there were rude!!!! Telling me they wouldnt return my item because the barcode wasnt there like it was my fault at this point my voice was raised. Excuse me I dont have the barcode because they guy on friday ripped it out of the machine before it was done printing. That should not jeopardize me as the customer from returning my items as it wasnt my fault. The lady told me she would have to call the general manager regarding the return. Fine. THEN she called me a liar saying she didnt have a male working Friday. So who was checking me out a dog ??? Never again will I shop at party city.
