This office has went down hill over the years an don recommend anyone to go here

The Drs here are great I love Dr Craion unfortunately cannot say the same for their office staff they do not return phone calls relay messages and although they say there is an incall Dr you never receive a call back from them if they handled the office staff better and the office did their jobs this would be a great place because the Drs themselves are really great drs.

Been going here off and on for about 20 years. Last time I tried to call and make an appointment no one answered. Voicemail says leave name, number reason for call. No need to do that cause they not gone call you back it's been a month and I guess they still ain't checked their voicemail. I called again back to back to get a very unprofessional receptionist. I just ended up making an appointment with a whole different healthcare group. If you don't want to work then call out that day.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone to help. Called 20 times regarding refilling prescriptions and never heard back just had an automated text saying to call the number I was already calling.
