My comments are very similar to John Walls. I think that the secretary and paralegal are too busy to answer calls. They call you during the time frame you specifically say you are NOT available and refuse to take your call later in the day. But, hey, they have a pretty log to show their boss they tried. They might be overworked and don't have time to talk to everyone who calls. Maybe they should hire an extra person. I got tired of calling them and leaving messages. Luckily, all the other firms in town were more friendly and professional.

I contacted this firm when my mother died to help with settling matters of her estate.... After listening to my concerns, they referred me to a firm in another state who could more appropriately assist with the estate issues. Good folk. Always wanting to do the right thing.....

My wife was forced to leave her job when she notified her employer that she was pregnant. She was told they would hold her job for 16 weeks and if she didn't return by then she would be terminated. She called Mr. Gilbert and he took her case and immediately filed the proper paper work with EEOC. In the end my wife was able to return to work to her job. Mr. Gilbert and his staff were always very professional, honest, and transparent about what to expect. I would recommend this firm to anyone.
