This law firm may have worked for others but in my case I strongly disagree. I was told I was hit by a car that I have no knowledge of even existing. The car and semi truck that was responsible for hitting me that I know was involved, at first blame me for losing control of my car and lied and said I was doing 120+ miles an hour which which I highly doubt a 92 Acura Legend could do. Queener Law told me nobody was at fault for hitting me and was dropping the case which left me permanently disabled and missing limbs with everything I need medically up to me to figure out. My quality of life is gone and I have nothing to show for it I'm glad to be alive but at what cost!

My experience with Qeener Law was brilliant. My wife prior to our marriage had an injury suit with a different well known large law firm and her experience was terrible. We've been so thrilled about this process and how easy Henry and his team made this for me and us to understand and trust.

Ref the Response from Queener Law of just 3 weeks ago to my case all said was blowing smoke while your not looking. Please reconsider using this Injury Lawyer for your needs. Its all about the money and he will manage to take as much as he can from you, if possible, anyway he can.. I was surprised that my divorce lawyer would recommend, his longtime friend, to handle my case, referred I thought I could trust this person! Wrong, still no refund or closing documents. Ref: My Review of 10 months ago (Aug 2022) below: Today CAUTION: Queener Law I had a car wreck in October 2019 but was also dealing with a Divorce (after 24 years). I am on a fixed income. My car wreck was accepted by Queener Law, even though Queener Law delayed their authorization to Medicare (Dec 2020) in taking my case. Because of the delayed authorization I was told by Medicare that my attorney failed to receive Intent to Collect letters notifying us that interest would start accruing by Feb 2021. A Delayed Disbursement Ltr from my lawyer was needed within 60 days to stop the accrual of all interest in my case. No LTR This happened to me: Covid hit and no court cases. August 10, 2020 Legally Separated January 12, 2021 Mediation January 19, 2021 Divorced February 2021 Home sold 2 days. February 26, 2021 Closing on our home. I became homeless. February 2021 Interest started accruing on my car wreck. There were many delays getting into court, I thought my lawyer was handling my case. Now into year 2022. Mediation started in April 2022 not settling until July 2022. In the meantime my unpaid debt to the Department of Treasury/Medicare had been turned over to Recovery Services to collect. My last communication with the agency was April 2022. According to my lawyer there was an agreed upon final payment. In July 2022 my car wreck settled and all settlement money was sent to my lawyer. Distribution was only to himself, me (his client) and my debt, to Department of Treasury/Medicare for overpayment on my medical with the correct amount of the debt. I received all at this time documentation showing my case was resolved and settled. I was Wrong! Seven (7) months later March 2023 there is a payment taken out of my SS Income to begin repaying my debt to Department of Treasury/Medicare for the debt had now received additional interest in accrued debt. I called my lawyer and talked with the Kentucky, Para Legal who told me the check issued by Queener Law had NOT been processed/cashed in the past 7 months! Why wasnt he concerned about the check he issued for his clients debt to clear?My lawyer was gaining interest on my money and the debt owed to DOT/Medicare went unpaid! I have received no documentation or reimbursement from my lawyer and the only refund I received was $4.25 from Medicare after they used the reissued check from Queener Law with the wrong amount and used my additional income to pay this debt!! I dont have any documentation from Queener Law as of this date resolving any issues or showing me closure to my case! Please use Caution I was taken for additional money because of Queener Law negligence.. My lesson learned the hard way but maybe it will help the next person make a better decision. The last review from a previous person was right on. What she went through I did too. There was little success in my case, does Queener Law feel his office was successful keeping his clients money, & no documentation provided for closure? August 2022 My lawyer Mr Henry Queener, of Queener Law, Nashville TN, stepped up to the plate and was there to help when I needed a lawyer for my car wreck. My car wreck, 2017 Toyota RAV4, was considered minor with major damage to my bumper and my wheels, except right rear, which were completely knocked out of alignment including the steering wheel. My injuries were due to the force of the blow to my neck and back. I was already dealing with prior major neck surgeries and back pain. This wreck caused additional problems that just got worse as time passed with no relief and back surgery is inevitable.
