Stayed here for one night to go to a show. When I checked in the told me it was going to be a few minutes due to them cleaning the room and that I requested feather free, which is nice since a lot of other hotels don't take their time to do so. The room was clean and it was a nice room, area wasn't too bad and everyone was very nice.

The service was great. We were checked in by a lovely lady named Desiree (?) The beds were very uncomfortable and low to the ground. The microwave did not work and I believe my aunt stated a lamp didn't work. We were connected to another room, and the noise was loud next to us and above us. The renovations were nice, but I was disturbed to see bugs in the bathroom, I believe they are called earwig. There were a few. And last but not least , as we made our way to breakfast, my mom noticed that the lemonade dispenser had molded lemons floating above the lemonade.

I checked in late my flight landed around 930pm. When i arrived they gave me 2 beds, when i paid for one bed. Ok whatever. The elevator was broken, had to walk up 3 flights to my room, ok that is fine. But did the person at the desk offer to help.......should have could have.... did not ......... Got into the room and looked at the bed and there is BLOOD on the sheets! not ok! AC doesn't work, not ok! Called down to front desk..........sold out no rooms. it happens, ok.........they came up to change the sheets and fix the AC -- i fixed the AC before they got there rebooted the unit. They proceeded to change one bed -- i said you need to do both, not sure there was BLOOD in the second one but i wasn't going to look to find out .. My problem with all of this besides the obvious. No employee apologized -- Amazing to me!

Overall very sad that this is considered a Marriott hotel. The breakfast (as many reviews say) is terrible. I don't mean like "bummer there's not great options" like you might get sick from it. The juice, the bread, the sausage, etc. it's very questionable. And they don't put everything out, and honestly don't seem to care. Stale cereal, chunky milk (not frozen like they tried to tell us, SOUR chunky), no waffles, sausage that is questionable looking, etc... The elevator in this hotel isn't a thing - and I had four boys get stuck in it WITH the elevator tech. He let them come in and said it was fine - then proceeded to get them stuck. We asked why you'd let them come in with you while you're fixing it. He said "I was in here, it was fine" it's not fine - please don't let children get trapped in an elevator, basically knowing that is likely to happen. They do not have a sign out, and just let people get in an unreliable elevator regularly. Sounds like it never works. I used it once during our stay and almost tripped getting out 2-3 inches below the floor when it finally stopped and opened. We didn't use it again after that! The staff, some of them are SO nice which is so hard when overall your experience is bad, and want to be so helpful, it's just a bummer that their hotel is so poorly organized/run in terms of food and service. I was charged and my card held multiple times, and billed and posted payment for parking when I paid parking in cash when I first arrived. The rooms were fine - spacious and worked for what we needed, there is a tiny fridge, microwave and small sink in our room. The beds and room were fine and very SpringHill classic which worked well for us. 0-12 cars windows were SMASHED in the parking lot overnight while we were there. Apparently we were told this is a known issue b/c of no cameras on the end of the lots... So each side of the hotel cars smashed. But in front, where there's cameras nothing smashed. Do not stay here!! I do NOT recommend staying here unless all you'd like is a pillow to lay your head on and then get up and go, if that is the reason then it's perfect! If you're looking to stay multiple nights, want breakfast or drive a car here, I would avoid it!!!! Rooms: The rooms are fine - beds were good, bathroom good, tiny fridge, microwave & small sink. Had couch and trundle which was nice. Food & drinks: Breakfast is terrible - several people got sick, stale cereal, watered down juice, etc...! Noteworthy details: Cars are targeted and smashed at this hotel b/c they failed to install cameras on each end of the hotel! You can get stuck in the elevator and that's just an "ok thing" for them - the elevator was broke or being fixed our entire stay, several people stuck it in WITH the tech. Makes zero sense.

UPDATE: I just received a call fom the manager offering me a $15 refund...If I could give 0 stars I would. My family typically only stays in Marriott hotels, and we've always had a decent experience. During our stay here though, the linens were spotted with stains and pieces of hair. The next morning during the continental breakfast my daughter got milk which was curdled, and went back to get another which was also curdled. Another guest informed us that a couple of people mentioned that they had gotten curdled milk as well. I informed the front desk about this, and during the time I was in the dining area the milk was never changed out. That evening my husband and I found our A/C didn't work and after requesting pillows several times throughout the day my husband went down at about 9 p.m. finally got them. The next morning we woke up to find that our car and several others (maybe 15) had been broken into during the night. The hotel staff did nothing to remedy the situation, several people simply asked for a vacuum to clean glass out of their car and no help was given. So we paid over $300 dollars for a terrible stay and to have our car robbed and then another $200 to have our window replaced...
