I have mixed feelings about my stay here. On the plus side, the overall facility is very nice. Rooms were modern and comfortable, their breakfast bar is one of the best Ive seen at a hotel, and they even have free massage chairs in the lobby.
However, during my stay, the fire alarm went off twice the first night and trying to sleep in afterwards was rough as the cleaning staff was in the hallway all morning and afternoon and they are loud, yelling back and forth outside my door for what seemed like hours. Was hoping that was just an off night, but on the second night, neighboring guests were screaming at each other for hours without any interaction from staff.
So, in summary, nice hotel physically, but not managed as well as Id hope.

After a very long day of traveling, we arrived here after midnight. After unpacking our stuff, I went into the bathroom and was beyond disgusted by all the hair on the floor, around the toilet, and the tub. I am so disgusted I want to vomit and if I wasnt so tired, I would leave now. We travel a lot and this is the grossest bathroom we have ever had.
Parking cost $20 yet was not advertised. Not ok when it shows parking as an amenity and then you get charged.
Front desk sucked and needs to learn some customer service skills.

nice location - short uber ride to all attractions. Very attentive front desk and staff. Special recognition to Tina in the restaurant- always greets you with a smile and warm welcome. Clean and safe surroundings - highly recommended!!
Rooms: nice clean spacious rooms
Walkability: can walk to Broadway - downtown Nashville but walk is a little hilly
Food & drinks: free breakfast is outstanding. Hotel close to all restaurants and bars
