        This place is horrible, do not get trapped by their cost being low. Id rather stay at expensive hotel and have good services than this one. First they dont care about customers. They give room without enough toilets paper, they say non-smoking room but the smell inside was disgusting, last but not least they are not loyal, i paid the room and they say i get to put 50$ deposit, i did so but what is surprising is they dont want to refund my 50$. I didnt cause any mess, they themselves say that. Now they dont pick up my call. If you really like yourself and your health this is not the right place for you. Rooms: Smell bad Noteworthy details: Not good place to be

        Save yourself the money and go somewhere nicer we normally stay up the road at Club Hotel but was booked up stayed here because of low price on short notice, its not fully like the pictures.

        The quality and service of this hotel was extremely disappointing. Yes it is near the airport but the rooms are rundown, no cups or coffee. Sheets were old and stained. Front desk will not work with cancelation or adjustment in reservation. They go through a third party. Plan to wait for check in or out. The front desk isnt always staffed.

      Thank you Mr. Graham for your thoughts. I’m looking into your observations about the lobby coffee and linen. My apologies for missing the opportunity to provide you with better service.We do have team members available outside the standard front desk operating hours. A courtesy phone is by the front desk for any after hours assistance, available to our guests 24 hours daily. Our guests have the option to book directly with us or using a third party vendor. When a guest books through a third party, they agree to the terms and conditions of the third party vendor. Therefore, we and the guests are obligated to those terms and conditions.
