Possibly the best Wendy's restaurants in the Nashville area. I sent my mobile order and was delayed getting to the restaurant. Once I got there, the manager told me he'd just thrown my food away because I didn't answer. I told him I understood and was going to take the L. He offered to make my food fresh and asked me if I had time to wait. I'm thankful for him taking the time to do that although he didn't have to. Outstanding customer service!

The cashier jumped down my throat for asking for a flavor of drink they advertised but she said they don't have. After getting my order the potato wedges were burned and the order was completely wrong. Do better Wendy's!!!

I ordered fries no salt and it felt like salt and grease was all over them. They said they didn't add any, but I know what salt feels like on fries. Dietary restrictions: I'm vegan and only get fries.
