Slow service, very rude stuff, food just sitting for long period of time. I was in line for over 20 minutes before the manager would let the cashier take my order just to be told they was out of what I wanted to order. By far the worst Popeyes I have ever been and I did eat Popeyes 3 times a week but this place blow that. You need to sale this store. Totally trash... Thank you for your time.

Ordered food and waited around 20 mins, and asked for an eta on when I could get it. GM was rude to me as were other employees. When I asked for a refund they refused to acknowledge me as a customer. In my opinion they should remove the popeyes and replace it with literally any other fast food chain restaurant, e.g. Subway, Chick-fil-a, Cook out, Wingstop, Chipotle, etc. No reason to have a resturaunt with horrible customer service and wait times taking up space in a food court that stays busy. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I ordered a Single chicken sandwich, no fries no drink, had to wait 20 minutes, I saw stack of chicken sandwiches in the warmer and thought: "Maybe they just lost my order", I tried to ask the lady at the front counter if I could get my sandwich (I had my receipt) and she told me I had to wait for everyone else's meals to finish.(chicken piece meals and fries that had nothing to do with my single sandwich) I figured she either didn't want to give to me, or didn't care about anyone at all in line at that point so I asked if I could get a refund, she told me she wouldn't, give me a refund unless "I waited for my sandwich to be done". I asked another customer how long he waited and he had waited 40 minutes for chicken so he was having it even worse than me. I understand that when places are busy it can be difficult to keep up with orders, but this was not the problem, I had multiple people behind the counter make rude comments and talk down to me while I was trying to get a refund. Also here's a list of other things I'd like to add to the review that I noticed: -Nobody in the store is wearing gloves, not anyone at the counter, not the person dishing out food, no one. -The staff treats some customers better than others for 0 reason. As I waited I watched them be plain rude to some and then serve others normally. It was really weird and unprofessional. -Employees left their stations with no one to take over for them so it only backed up the line even further. -instead of helping out, one woman just walked around and seemed to be doing nothing to help her coworkers, or get food to customers. Dear Popeyes, your employees are a reflection of your entire business, and when you continue to constantly employ people with rude attitudes and lack of customer service it shows what kind of business you are higher up as well.
