Almost always super long waits at the drive through for a hot and ready. Super long 4 times I have been and all four times have eaten up like 20 min. Waiting. But it comes out hot and fresh

Tried to order pizza, i have called 5 times. My husband called several times. You just Stay on hold forever, just to get hung up on. Then when you go to the site to order one it won't let you upload your information.

They deserve three stars only
the only reason I ve given one more star is the owner would read this out of surprise
this store is in the prime location and their pizza is delicious
But they lack basic organizing skills
They never took my call when I asked the student worker at the desk he said they never had a phone in the store that was really frustrating.
I ordered online my pizza was not instantly ready but after two minutes they bought that outside in a box.
Hopefully they will install their phone again then I will update my rating to 5 star

I will preface this review with I love Lil Caesar's pizza. This location is absolutely unprofessional. They close the doors early almost every night. Tonight I pulled up at 9:20 pm. There is a pizza box covering the door saying drive thru only. Okay, not a problem. I drive around to order but no one answers me. So I drove back around to the front, there are 3 employees staring out the windows laughing at me and another person trying to get a hot pizza. I would have understood if it were 9:50/9:55 but it's not even 9:30. If you try calling the store be prepared to wait for eternity. They straight up don't answer the phone after 8:00 pm. It's too bad because my family and friends would eat there several times month if they actually put minimal effort at some customer service. Don't waste your time here.
