Not what I expected

Good afternoon, I'm going to preference by saying I was agitated today during my visit today regarding attempting a return. I didn't use any profanity during my visit. With that being said Express has a return policy stating to leave all of the tags present or you cannot return/exchange. This information was presented to me during the initial purchase. On their website it stated "certain" items and not all. The manager was very rude and not helpful. The other agent showed gratitude even though she had to take direction from her manager. Express just lost a customer due to this experience. Been to other retailers and never heard of a policy like this one.

Stood there for 20 minutes with roughly 6 employees, none of which helped or spoke to me. Just walked around talking amongst themselves.

This place sets a new standard of excellence for clothing stores statewide. One of the employees, Chad, was very helpful from the moment of arrival. Felicia and Micheal were so kind and even gave me a student discount AND an additional discount for the item I purchased. I dont shop at name brand store ordinarily as I dont like to support major corporations but I decided to stop in today just to take a look as I was looking for something very specific. Thanks to Express I was able to find just what I needed. Every one of the Express employees went above and beyond for me. I will definitely be coming back.Im not sure if they are hiring or not but if youre interested please reach out. You wont be sorry being a part of such an extraordinary and people-oriented workplace.
