        I went to store to make a return and was told they could not accept it because it was over 60 days. It was within the time frame which customer service confirmed when I called. It was day 59. Customer service apologized and is sending me a return label. I understand a return policy but the store doesnt follow it

        Ive been shopping at this Express for the past two years and its going downhill. Every few months there are new sales associates working there. I recently encountered two. One, was an older gentleman with a bit of a pot belly and a younger male. The younger male was pretty friendly. While the other gentleman that took care of my transaction never gave any eye contact. Also, he didnt process my transaction correctly. Ive never interacted with someone like that in the store before. I get its a tough time for retail hiring and retaining associates, but quality must not be sacrificed. At the bare minimum a sales associate should be at least pleasant to interact with. Express you all have to do better with who youre hiring.
