If I could give them zero stars I would. Never once went without insurance but they started saying there was no proof we had insurance so started tacking on charges. Even when the insurance company and I was on phone with them every month! So instead of putting the payment i made in they would "hold" the money since the bogus insurance they added on wasnt paid. Therefore I was getting $100 late charges every month. We finally had to do a short sale. I called many lawyers and no one would take the case. Now they have changed their name to mr. cooper. what a laugh. piece of garbage immoral company.
