I spoke to Wyatt at C&W Financial about getting a mortgage. We're not quite ready to buy, but hopefully in the near future we will be. Wyatt walked me through what the whole process would look like when we are ready to get a mortgage. And most importantly, he explained everything we need to have/do in order to qualify for a mortgage (credit score, income, debt to income ratio, etc.)
If you're planning to buy a home, now or in the future, I highly recommend giving Wyatt a call! Even though we're not buying just yet, I feel very informed and prepared for when we do and we will definitely be using C&W Financial to get our first mortgage!
