This was my first time buying a house and I know I couldn't have found a better mortgage planner than Jenn. She's been with my husband and I the whole way and is always willing to answer any and every question. I couldn't recommend her enough! Definitely the person to go to!

I talked with a few loan officers, but unlike the others, Jenn Otto was responsive from the beginning of the process to closing and beyond. Her expert guidance was so welcome - she answered every question I had and always anticipated my needs. Even when the process overwhelmed me, she was readily available to keep me sane, on track, and reassured. Jenn didn't just offer expertise, she offered a valued professional relationship. All I can say is how grateful I was to have Jenn looking out for me.
