        I was so pleased with the service I received at this Big O Tires this morning. The staff was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had all my concerns addressed and explained to me. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I did not have an appointment but I was able to get in right away and felt great that my car was completely looked over by professionals. I'm one happy customer!

        After A bad experience with other local tire shops decided to try big O for the first time. Had a morning appointment and got right in.the service was courteous and professional. Got four tires with an alignment and after a test drive from the technician he felt something funny and they put the car back on the rack and redid the alignment making a few more adjustments just to make sure the car was exactly the way it should be . Overall, a very good experience with good quality tires at what I feel is a decent Price . would recommend the shop to anyone and will certainly be back with my other vehicles
