        This is the best tire shop Ive been to! After my horrible service at the Hermitage location, I called this shop and explained the situation. They told me to come in immediately and they would get me taken care of. I arrived at the tire shop and they were so helpful! They got my car in right away even tho they were very busy. I waited 45 min and my car was done! They apologized for the poor service at the Hermitage location and told me the patch was on them. I was so appreciative! This tire shop is the best and very professional! I will be back for any of my tire needs!

        Don't call to ask questions. Don't call period because the lil kid that answers the phone named CHRIS will put you on hold or hang up on you all together... because he's too busy making a tiktok to be bothered to do his job.... He makes his momma cry based around his behavior, and his daddy can't be seen in polite society! His manner skillset is that of an over inflated rodent on the side of the highway and his level of comprehension probably can only be out matched by a used tin can... Congratulations, Tire Discounters on your impeccable hiring processes! Perhaps next time..... hire for manners not a warm body to fill a spot!
