        Poor quality and poor service. We have had numerous issues with our new build and the company has failed to honor their warranty. The framing has multiple and HVAC system broke 6 times in the first year. With the framing issues I had six months with no response and then they simply stated it wasn't covered under warranty when it clearly is. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

        I purchase new construction house in Wright Farm in Mount Juliet TN , I REGRET IT 100 TIME ALREAD , I DID CONTACT THEM ABOUT WARRANTY , THEY TOLD ME IT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY , SECOND BIG PROBLEM USPS NOT DELIVER MY MAIL TO MY HOUSE , BECUSE OWNER OF THE UNIVERSAL BUILDERS NEVER INSTAL CENTRAL MAIL BOX FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION HOUSES HERE I AM RIGHT NOW PAYING LATE FEE FOR ALL MY UTILITY BILLS , BECUSE I NEVER RECIVE MY BILLS, DO YOUR SELF HUGE FAVOR DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY , IF YOU BUYING HOUSE FROM WRIGHT FARM IN MOUTH JULITE TN head up no post service , just a empty fancy mail box .
