        I was insulted and turned away even though my application was approved for well more than was needed. But because of my address, I was insulted and turned away. Nothing that I had done, but because they had problems with other tenants in my apartment complex. Aaron's problems with other people in other apartments are not my problem. But Aaron's made sure that it was. I was insulted and degraded because of OTHER people who I have nothing to do with. If I could give a lower rating I would. So much for treating the customer with respect. The lady was very rude and very disrespectful. My only fault was was trying to do business with them. Worse experience ever!!!

        I think that Aaron's is a great place to shop. Steve Dotson ,Melissa and the rest of the team are great. Awesome customer service. I give them an A+ rating.I needed a tv and they were wonderful, so gracious and kind I got it the same day. Thank you Aaron's for your service.
