Was well pleased with the two items I got there but the last time I called to update my payment method everything went smoothly until the guy asked if I needed anything else and I responded yes that I wanted to add an item and he said do you know what you want to add (well of course I did know,how stupid would that have been if I didnt) so I told him what I wanted and I was looking at it on their website all the while and he said he didnt think he had that in stock well I didnt figure he did but I was prepared to wait until he ordered it for me but he then said he didnt know if he could order it or not (Im still looking at it on their website and I told him I was . He again stated he didnt know if he could order it or not . At this point in the conversation I was pretty disappointed so I told him it seemed as if he didnt want me to have the item so I told him dont bother with it I will get it elsewhere and I hung up the phone. My phone rang twice from the store and I didnt answer. Im glad he gave me time to change my mind about the item because it wasnt worth it to me anyway. The lady that works there is very nice and I appreciate her for that but I wont be back !!!
