Dealing with Ms. Melanie has been the worst. Backstory: I met with Daniel after some serious damage water damage from the winter storm/freeze in memphis in late December 2022. He was helpful and kind and described the situation, and they were quick. But then I had the misfortune of dealing with Ms. Melanie and then I was rarely able to get ahold of Daniel. She originally had a bill of around 23,000 -24,000 for the mitigation that my insurance unfortunately had a lot of processes to get and thsse issues were out of my hands, but they were not accommodating and kept adding interest until the bill became 29,000 for mitigation while I was also trying to get the money to get my home repaired as well. Ms. Melanie made it seem like they were helpful, but they were difficult to reach and explain the issues and were incredibly pushy and demanding for issues that were out of my hands because of the insurance company moving slowly. They were also not really on the list of approved licensor for water for most insurance companies, which I guess is probably what caused the delay. But my experience with this company has been terrible because of the comminication I had with Melanie and Daniel; I thought I would be better taken care through this process, but instead I got people who were difficult to reach out to and were not accommodating of the timelines that my insurance company was moving at. BTW I still have holes in my walls from the devices they used to test the water damage in the walls that will always remind me of this terrible time and this company.

Restoration One of Memphis came to my rescue after Hurricane Ian flooded my home in Florida. Daniel and Able were great. They were so hard working, efficient, knowledgeable and kind. This is a very difficult situation and they helped me tremendously. I highly recommend them. Service: Flood cleanup
