MemphisClean

I used MemphisClean in 2018, on my ductwork and carpets. Though my quote included an inspection, the technicians did not bring ladders tall enough to reach the 14 vents in 2 main living areas. Like many homes, my vent covers on the ceiling are painted with flat latex paint. I saw the power washing set up outside and stopped the tech before more than one vent cover had its almost 20 year old paint removed. They did hand wash the remaining covers. Many taped joints on the flexible ductwork in the attic were broken, during the cleaning process. I couldnt understand why my house was even dustier than before the cleaning, until I mentioned it to the fireplace repair people who also do ductwork cleaning. We went up into the attic, and they pointed out all of the breaks. Of course the most outrageous damage, was one of the technicians stepping through the ceiling in my husbands closet. Nothing was said, the carpet was cleaned of course and one would think at least THAT individual would have reported it after seeing what mustve been a giant pile of loose insulation on the floor Nope. A few weeks before my husband passed away, my son pointed out the ceiling damage when he went in the closet. The company did send someone out to repair the ceiling, my daughter was here from out of town while the work was done. She saw the hole was filled, to the best of the individuals ability. I did receive a call from the owners offering to clean my house, apologizing profusely, but as I said, by that time my husband passed away, and I didnt have the capacity to prioritize a resolution. I am quite sure, however, based on the conversation I had, they wouldve attempted to make me happy, which is why I gave three stars. I received an email request to write a review.

As a real estate agent, I am always looking for quality vendors that I can trust and recommend to my clients. Im happy to say that I recommended Memphis Clean to a client who needed carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. My clients were extremely happy. Memphis Clean was on time, gave a fair price and did a very good job. I would highly recommend them in the future!

Memphis Clean was very affordable and thorough. Much thanks to Todd, Miranda, and their crew. They treated the house like it was their own. Definitely beats Servpros prices and service, not to mention its a local business not a mega Corp.

Worst cleaning company EVER! Gave one price with their original quote and all of a sudden on the day of clean, they gave another price! Claudia has the worst customer service ever! The price went from $680 to Claudia screaming $1250 over the phone "take it or leave it" without them doing the windows because it would take too long. UPDATE: Our calls are ALWAYS recorded, so George, I'd welcome you to read the text messages between Darrell and Claudia as well as listen to the recorded calls.
