I am sorry that you were dissatisfied with your visit. I carefully reviewed the camera footage from your visit as we take all complaints seriously. You brought in one trash bag, which should take about five minutes. I witnessed our sales manager, who is our best buyer, go through every item in your bag. She listed that the passes were based on inventory needs and style. I saw several sweaters, which we are overstocked on and going into spring. The other items were not current teen and young adult casual and athletic styles that we buy. It sounded like my staff treated you kindly and explained your passes based on the audio. I don’t know how that warrants a one star review. I would appreciate it if you would remove your review as we did go through your items. I am out of town, but will be back on Monday if you would like to see the footage yourself. Please just call and ask for the owner next week to view it or if you would like to discuss your visit.
