I can most certainly tell you that when they LOSE or MISPLACE a high value pair of RAYBAN - RB0707SF Sunglasses. They will do absolutely nothing to make their mistake corrected. I never expected to be made right on the Full amount they were when purchased brand new ($225.00) The young man that said he put them back with my belongings afterwards seems to have had little concern (Although it was busy i will give him that) about the lost item. !! 3 of the working employees at that time went through my stuff and EVERYONE elses stuff repeatedly and they were never found so they called the manager..The manager that was off that day told the employees to tell me she was watching the cameras but never communicated during the hour EXTRA i waited to find out what could be done. I had to leave at that point and left my number and asked them to ask her to call me asap. She never contacted me until I did the following day. She said she could see them when I dropped my stuff off but was CLUELESS to what happened and began to tell me she could give me 20 Dollar store credit at the most. I would not have even taken 60 dollars cash for them if they had decided to purchase them from me at the end so 20 dollar store credit is a COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE and shows a lack of integrity at the higher levels of management.
